Elegacy is operated by Ahmad Noori, a sole proprietor doing business as Elegacy (“Elegacy”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through www.elegacy.tech and our live demo, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Live demo.If you use the “Call my phone” demo, we collect the shop name and mobile phone number you enter, your consent to the demo call and texts, and any text messages you send back to the demo number during the demo.
Booking a call. If you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address and the time you pick.
Contacting us. If you email or call us, we receive your email address or phone number and whatever you choose to tell us.
Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to run and protect the site. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To place the one demo call and send the demo text messages you asked for, and to show your replies on the demo page.
To limit how often the demo can be used, so the demo line isn't misused.
To schedule and hold the calls you book, and to answer your questions.
To keep the site secure and working.

SMS and phone numbers

The live demo sends one call and up to 4 text messages, one time, only to a number whose owner ticked the consent box. Message frequency: 1 call and up to 4 texts per demo. Message and data rates may apply. We do not add demo numbers to any list or send further messages after the demo. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They are shared only with the service providers that deliver the calls and messages for us (Twilio), under their obligations to protect it.

Who we share information with

We share information only with providers that help us run Elegacy: Twilio (calls and text messages), Calendly (scheduling), Vercel (website hosting) and Square (payments, for clients). We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Demo call and message records are kept by our messaging provider as part of its normal logs. We keep booking and contact details for as long as needed to work with you, then delete them on request.

Your choices

You can reply STOP to any message to opt out, and ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us below.
