These terms cover your use of www.elegacy.techand the Elegacy live demo. Elegacy is operated by Ahmad Noori, a sole proprietor doing business as Elegacy (“Elegacy”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or the demo you agree to these terms.

SMS Terms: Elegacy demo messages

Program.“Elegacy demo” is a one-time demonstration of missed-call text back. When you enter your own mobile number on the demo form, tick the consent box and press “Call my phone”, we place one demo call to that number and then send demo text messages showing how a missed call becomes a text conversation. You can reply, and your replies appear on the demo page.
Frequency. One call and up to 4 text messages, one time per demo. We send nothing after the demo ends.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will get one message confirming you are opted out and no further messages after that.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive the demo messages is not a condition of any purchase. Only enter a mobile number that belongs to you.
How we handle your number and messages is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Using the website and demo

The demo uses sample data (sample customers, times and messages) to show how the system behaves. It is not a record of real customers or results, and it does not promise any number of jobs or revenue. Please don't misuse the demo, for example by entering someone else's number or trying to send messages to people who didn't ask for them.
